About the Project

These homeowners in Brewerton were very educated on the benefits of solar energy, but had not yet pursued an installation. They were in the market to buy a new pool heater, which would add a significant amount of usage to their electricity bill. The homeowners, John and Sally, asked if Steve Nickels could provide estimates on how much electricity the new pool heater would add to their existing usage. After meeting with the homeowner, we all agreed that this system size was the perfect starting point. Our design included a plan for additional panels to be added in at a later date since there is more roof space available. Since the first installation in 2016, the homeowner contacts us again in 2017 to add more panels. We will get the drone back to this property soon so we can show the completed project! Stay tuned!
