Nickels Energy Solutions will provide full training including solar installation best practices and safety training. The individual must be self-motivated and adaptable to changing projects and priorities. Nickels Energy Solutions installs solar projects within a one-hour radius of Syracuse, NY. Solar Panel Installers must have their own transportation to either our office or to the various job sites throughout Central New York.
